Welcome! I am the proud owner of Youniversal Energy, a venture deeply rooted in holistic healing. I started Youniversal Energy because I personally experienced how holistic healing saved me amidst the relentless demands of my fast-paced career in Finance. Juggling a demanding job, motherhood, marriage, and a social life often left me feeling overwhelmed and depleted. I was no stranger to the gnawing grip of anxiety and stress, and restless nights became an unwelcome norm.

It was through exploring and embracing holistic practices that I began to experience profound transformations. I discovered powerful tools to reduce anxiety and stress, transforming my restless nights into peaceful, restorative sleep. This personal journey of healing and self-discovery ignited a passion within me to share these invaluable tools with others.

As a Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner, I leverage these ancient modalities to foster balance and well-being. My commitment to holistic living extends to my certifications in Feng Shui and Life Coaching, allowing me to offer diverse tools for personal transformation. My experiences have also instilled a deep desire to help young ones learn how to cope with stress and pressures early on, equipping them with essential resilience for their future.
